Derek Radney—Derek grew up in San Diego, CA and Austin, TX. In 2005, he married Sally, and they have four children. He has served as a pastor at Trinity Church (PCA) in Winston-Salem, NC since 2012. He received a B.A. in philosophy from Wake Forest University (’04), an M.Div. from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (’07), and a Th.M. from Duke Divinity School (’12).
Louise Finley—Louise is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia, certified in Neurofeedback, and focuses on utilizing both modalities with those dealing with anxiety, trauma, ADHD, relationship issues, career direction, and more. She currently attends Fellowship Bible Church, but has been involved in churches spanning the breadth of Baptist, Presbyterian, Church of Christ, and nondenominational traditions.
David Wells—David serves as CEO of Family Capital Strategy, a strategy consultancy based in Nashville that advises family offices and family businesses. An Eagle Scout, David is a magna cum laude graduate of Wake Forest University. In addition, he is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and has completed executive education course work at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He is a member and serves as Treasurer of Parks Church PCA in Nashville.
Virginia Castillejo—Virginia received her B.S. from Duke University in 1980 with majors in nursing and religion and her M.S.N. from the University of Rochester in 1982 as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She is a former nurse clinician, educator, and administrator who currently resides in Lewisville, NC with her husband Al. She is the mother of three adult children, grandmother of four, and an active member of Trinity Church of Winston-Salem (PCA) where she serves on the Women’s Leadership Council. She has taught Precept Bible Studies for the past two decades.
Landon Hobson—Landon is the CEO of Cosmos Corporation, located near St. Louis, MO. Landon is married to Nikki, and they have two boys. Landon is a member of River City Church (EPC). He received a B.S. from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, an M.A. from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, and an M.P.A. in International Economics from Columbia University in the City of New York.
